I did not know Frances, however I have had the privileged to call one of her daughters and her grandchildren true friends. Frances if your listening and looking down on us, thank you for giving this world such amazing people in Joanne and Elizabeth. My life is better for having them in it. I hope to finally meet you on the other side and give you a hug when the Good Lord Calls Me Home. Until then Rest easy, no more suffering and know that you are thought fondly of.
