Dear Valerie:
So sorry for your loss. Freda was a gem. I thought so highly of both your Mom and Dad. Such fine people and great horse people as well! I will be thinking of you and the fond memories of riding with you and at your parents place on Willow Avenue. They were always so gracious. Warm regards, Liz Van den Eynden

Very sorry for your loss. Freda was a customer of ours and she left a mark on all the staff who interacted with her. I always remember the plumbers talking about how she had a horse in her house. She was a passionate and kind person who left a mark on all who met her. Take care.

We were neighbours on Willow Ave. for almost 20 years until 2011 when we moved to Ottawa. Freda and Lloyd were always there for us and our children with helpful advice, local insight, special tools (Lloyd), and smiles. We remember both fondly and will never forget their kindness shown to the new "come-from-aways" who arrived from Ontario in 1991.

It's a sad day on Willow Ave. to learn of the passing of our long time neighbour and friend Freda. She was such a delightful, engaging and bright person. We so enjoyed our chats over the fence . The care of her Willow Ave. farm of which view we shared and her dedication to her family and beloved Abe and Nellie was something very precious. Our sincere condolences to all her family. Dear Val and Agnes
I was so shocked to hear of Freda's passing. She was such a great friend to me, she and Lloyd were so good to me going away back to the first Winter Fair in the old Forum where I first met them. Freda will definitely be missed but her memory will live with me till the end. Rest in Peace dear friend

Sorry to hear of Freda's passing. I was 10 years old when they bought my grandparent's farm on Willow Ave. and had lived there my whole life. I was a bit "horse crazy" at the time and was very thankful that Lloyd and Freda allowed me to visit and to ride Flip, Valerie's pony. Fond memories indeed! My condolences to the family.
