Thinking of you Auntie Joan and the family, hugs to you all, love you. My memories of Uncle Lindsay are many, but a couple stand out. I remember visiting them 8n Summerside and Uncle Lindsay so excited to make us fresh clam chowder! He had gotten fresh clams and left them in a pail overnight for them to spit out the sand. We waited the next day smelling the incredible chowder and all sat down for the feast! Imagine the looks on all our faces as that first spoonful hit our mouths and the wonderful PEI sand invaded our tastebuds!! I guess those classic hadn't finished spitting!! Uncle Lindsay was also a great card player and crib was his game, I will miss sitting with him for a game. I am glad he is now resting and hope he has found a crib game to play!!!

Joan, children Debbie, David, Doug, Bradley & families, sisters Kay & Liz; our sincere condolences & caring compassion for your loss. We feel so fortunate to have had a very pleasurable visit with Uncle Lindsay & Aunt Joan at their residence facility just a few weeks ago and to get those overdue personal hugs. Little did we know that would be our last hug & chat with Uncle Lindsay. We are very saddened by his passing & thinking of you all in your emotion & loss. We will forever have fond memories of a very fine Uncle, love to you all.

My husband and I had the privilege of staying a couple nights in PEI with my sister Helen's in-laws Lindsay and Joan. Our only adult trip to PEI has fond memories of Lindsay's famous beer steamed mussels and treating us to fresh lobster from the wharf. They insisted we crack the lobsters with a hammer in their backyard. What a mess but such a great visit! Memories that will last a lifetime. Big hugs to the entire Denoon family. Love Veronica & Ryan.

Dear Joan,Debbie,David, Douglas,Bradley & Families:
Our sincere condolences to all of you as you mourn the passing of Uncle Lindsay. We were so pleased to have shared a visit with him in July , not realizing that it would be our last. We have happy memories of our trip to Cuba with Lindsay & Joan and other family members. Lindsay was always pulling “tricks” and keeping everyone on their toes, making laughter the end result of his intentions.
The many memories you have shared as a family will remain in your hearts forever.
